50 Hrs at WORK, out of that
7 Hrs at the GYM, out of that.
56 Hrs for sleep, out of that
Still you left 55 Hrs per week.
If you divide this 55 Hrs by 7 Day , you get near about 7hr per day..
Now look you how much hours you are having , then also not doing anything... Use this time to built yourself.
